This webinar explores the diagnosis and management of HPV-associated and HPV-independent vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia, highlighting the 2026 ISSVD terminology update. Presentations address diagnostic distinctions, risk of progression, and implications for treatment and surveillance. A clinical case illustrates the evaluation and management of HPV-independent disease in a patient with longstanding lichen sclerosus. Together, the sessions connect updated terminology with clinical practice to support informed decision-making and patient care.
